After you make a certification, and the Hiring Manager decides to interview you, someone reaches out to schedule a video interview. There are normally 2-4 people in that interview. There are often very structured questions, and it's hard to fit in all the many questions you'd like to ask about the job, the team, mission, etc. You'll usually have 5 minutes at the end, and they expect you to just answer questions vs. having a dialogue along the way.
- Tell me about yourself What would you do in a situation such as ..... How have you handled a conflict with a colleague Many questions specific to the actual job responsibilities....tell me about your experience with training, consulting, etc.
