The process started out great with lots of encouraging feedback. Over time, it became frustrating as there was no job description or clear timeline to hire. This led to a number of repetitive interviews drawn out over many months. The scope of the role also seemed to change with each successive interview due to a lack of shared vision of what the role was to be. After five months in the process there was a general declination sent out by a third party recruiter without even a thank you note from the in-house team. For a company striving to be best in class in this area, there process could bear some improvement from a candidate experience standpoint.
