I was emailed and asked for a time which worked for me. After setting that up, I was asked general information about myself then asked to walk through some of my previous work and explain my reasoning behind my methods. This took place over Zoom.

This interview process was slow, drawn out over a lengthy period of time. However, there was great communication with supervisors and HR. In addition, they offer excellent benefits, including medical, tuition assistance, retirement, and even housing assistance!
