Easy, laid back. Direct questions, mostly about things on your resume. I submitted the online application through the UK student employment portal and received an email asking to set up a time to interview over the phone. I then got the offer to come in and do a face-to-face interview and was offered the job on the spot.

The interviews are very behavioral and focus entirely on your ability to think quickly and professionally. It's not about why you're saying, but how you say it. Make sure to draw in your experiences from high school, as these can prove to be solid answers. Don't forget general interview courtesies, like hand shakes and smiling.
