The process took 1 week. I interviewed at University of Maryland in Aug 2019

Interview

Well-organized. The 1st round involved in the typical interview questions like what is your strengths and weaknesses? How do you handle pressure? And interviewers are excellent, they didn't distance or pose higher power. It was an overall sufficient and professional interview.

Stellantis

I have a decent tech/business background and constantly get recruiters calling me asking if I’m interested in a role…probably at least 1x/month. I take the interviews because I figure it’s good practice but NEVER get selected for the role. Apart from feedback I’ve received regarding specific skills the employer wanted to see more of, I’m at a loss. Has anyone experienced this, what should I do?

Product Operations Specialist

Does anyone have any experience with the interview process for Spring Health? I'd like to know the timeline etc- I was just invited to interview for a position that I am very interested in, but I have already verbally accepted an offer elsewhere. I'm going to try to be somewhat transparent so that I can sort of expedite the process should they decide to move forward with me.

Has anyone successfully moved from vendor to manufacturer without prior manufacturer experience? How did you sell yourself? What were your reasons for switching? Thank you!
