I had a phone call and two video interviews. The phone call was with a the hiring manager and the other interviews were with groups of people. It was through Zoom because of covid.

Simple interview process. Applied online, received a call and scheduled an interview. Process was quick but know that each unit/supervisor handles the interview process differently since the University is so big.

A phone interview is held and the interviewer offered advice on how to do better for the second panel interview. I was even told, after giving an answer about an achievement in email marketing, to be more humble. Yes, I was told I should be more humble in my interview.
