    Football Player Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at University of Oregon (Eugene, OR) in March 2011.

    Interview

The interview process is completely based on film from high school combined with athletic ability and what they believe will be your potential growth physically. The process for high school players is a meat market, much like the NFL. The walk on process is basically a two or three day tryout, but they do not get paid a dime except during bowl season when they get $30 a day for food.

    Office Specialist II Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Eugene, OR
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at University of Oregon (Eugene, OR) in May 2012.

    Interview

Almost all Office Specialist II interviews start with a preliminary phone interview, followed by in-person interview. The timing between interviews can vary depending on the time to fill the position. Expect the process to take several months from point of application to final interview. Applications for this position are very competitive, but less so than a Office Specialist I. Be sure you know what department you are interviewing with and why you would be a good fit for that specific department. Questions are usually behavioral based.
