I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Uno Restaurants (Myrtle Beach, SC) in June 2011.
First inerview was on the spot with an assistant manager, then was scheduled second with GM. He went over my previous experience, how I liked my former jobs. Was scheduled to start training the following day. One week of traing, many tests but got to sample everthing on the menu. Followed a trainer for 3 days. Put on the floor the next day.
