They give you the class materials beforehand and you just have to pretend to teach that lesson to the interviewer for a couple of minutes. My interviewer fell asleep during the interview and I didn't want to embarrass her, so I didn't say anything. But then she took points off my evaluation for the things that she missed while asleep. But I still got hired.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
