VMware Interview Questions

The company prefer to hire fresh graduates for Inside Sales role VS experienced tech sales person with connection, experience, passion, capability and business know how to deliver compelling business value to the customer and boost business growth. No matter how much i emphasis my experience and achievements, the manager just blankly say that they have Fresh graduate in the ISR team with 0 experience. In the end, they rejected my application as a mature candidate

I had an aptitude online test followed by technical interview and a managerial round inwhich i got disqualified.The job was about talking to customers and trying to convince them. I got disqualified.

Very fair interview process, they gave a 2 part technical interview that covers a wide range of topics. Make sure you study all subjects at a deep level. They did ask some questions that no one would care to know the answers too. But oh well

I felt very welcome at the interview. The managers were supportive and friendly. You could read on their faces that they are genuine about the interview and want to help you. There was even a question I struggled a bit with, and the managers directed me and helped me. A very pleasant experience.

OA, Phone Call with recruiter then setting up a final interview. 3 interviews with lc and questions depending on what your recruiter worked in. review the epic2 values and have answers to typical behavioral questions

Everyone was very friendly, received quick responses. I went through one behavioral, one technical interview. They were pretty short, around 30 mins to one hour. Overall process took about two weeks.

The final interviews are two rounds with each of them taking about 2 hours. Interviews are not LC questions, but some user stories they are currently working on. The whole process took some while.

It was not tough, the technical interviewer was so nice and smiling the whole time. They asked about basic technical information, then the personal interview came and they were asking about some leadership skills and teamwork.

It was really good. There was 1 round based on aptitude and coding(in which for some reason, it was not possible to code in Python) and then 3 more rounds as far as I went through which included 2 Technical rounds and a Manager Round. All the interviewers were really friendly. However company was highly focused on Java Programming and since i was more proficient in Python, they might have went ahead with better candidates. Nonetheless it was a great experience.

There were 5 rounds 1. Coding round: There were 3 questions out of which 2 were easy and 1 difficult. 2. Technical round 1 3.Technical round 2 4. Managerial round 5. HR round
