Interview

First was GD Round which was around some General Topic, then had One on One Discussion with Senior Level Executives then had Discussion with Managerial level people where you will be evaluated more in terms of subject knowledge, GK, your passion toward the job & final discussion with SVP. (Senior Vice President) which was of basic maths, Current Affairs, NEWS..

  • Should have Subject Knowledge, over all General knowledge & knowledge on different Geographies like US, UK, Australia. (their Time zones, Currencies)   Answer Question

Negotiation

It was fixed for freshers and laterals can ask for more salaries.

    Start off with a written test, followed by a GD, and then three rounds of interview. As I was a fresher questons related to general aptitude were given in the written test. MY GD topic was "Does education play a role in the success of a person".Interviews were more around you projects in college and a general assessment of your personality and willingness to learn.

    There were two F2F rounds. The first round was with the Team Lead. If you get selected, you will be pushed to the second round which will be with the Manager. Once you clear this round, HR will be giving you a call in a couple of days for salary discussion.
