Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ValueLabs in October 2012.

Interview

People here hire employees more in Nov/Dec time(Imagine what you gain/lose). Although HR, technical persons are polite but you can always expect to fall in trap somewhere incase you decide to join. Got an offer that I felt, why did I join such a company, leaving behind a better offer.

Interview Questions

  • Interview was easy to crack as technical expertise was just average.   Answer Question

Negotiation

HR gave very high expectation about company future hikes rather than asking more about current hike.
