    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ValueLabs (Hyderabad (India)) in January 2013.

    Interview

Even trainees are given responsibilities of screening an applicant. Then the interview rounds are defined:

    1. GD
    2. Process manager
    3. HR manager
    4. Senior (Executive level)

Throughout the process, the candidates are made to wait without any clarity about the next round. I believe there should be an appropriate communication so that the applicant can be assured of time and prepare accordingly, relax etc. T

    Interview Questions

    • Will you be interested in signing a bond for 2 years?

Mostly, it has been asked for all the levels. They negotiate to such a level that, if a candidate is good and unwilling to sign a bond, they will negotiate for 1 year and may even reduce to 6 months.   1 Answer

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ValueLabs (Hyderabad (India)).

    Interview

The first round was conducted by a developer so it was all technical.
The fun started in the second round, where the architect got in . I said it was fun because , they want a person with MEAN stack experience as a Team Lead , and you know what the architect questions is like ? He wants us to write the syntax of angular templates.

I am really shocked to such talented people(especially the architect) who search for MEAN stack experienced as team lead, by testing their knowledge on writing syntax.

    Interview Questions

2.Write the syntax of spec.ts files   Answer Question
