    I heard from a friend that this school had some teaching job openings so I filled out initial app. dHR & admin reviewed the app/resume. I then got a call for a group interview that consisted of about 7-8 teachers/staff members asking questions about my teaching philosophy and ideas. The next day I was called to come in to teach a sample lesson.
