I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Spoke to someone at a job fair and was emailed information about a video interview. Video interview was not live, and you were able to rerecord answers to questions as many times as you liked. Questions were mostly about teamwork, and what you would do in certain situations.
After video interview, I was invited to the location near Tampa for a tour and final interview. The questions were exactly the same from the video interview. The tour was very fun and interesting. Didn't get an offer in the end.
Throughout the process I was a little disappoint in Verizon's last-minute preparation for flights and for the video interview.
