They asked typical questions for the position I was interviewing for, which I answered well, but they wanted sales experience (which I had) and they refused to promote me due to personal biases. I was told to my face that I was not nor will I ever be considered for that position.
A week passed after the interview with HR and I was asked why I did not respond to the manager. But no one contacted me. I had to find a contact with the manager through HR. With difficulty, we set a date for an interview via video call. The manager was absolutely not interested in me. She read the questions and wrote down my answers without any interest. On the same day, they updated the vacancy on the website. Although I waited 2 weeks for a negative response. It was just a waste of time.

.need a presentation and star format answers. Star format is very important look it up on google and do practice questions. you need to be a rep before being a manager

Interview process is pretty standard.answer in star format but do it conversationally. Know your audience and about the team and environment you want to go . Decks are not required but some managers really like them some do not .
