I got this interview through HR. I was interviewed by the Hiring manager who was responsible for a team of 3 analysts. There was only one interview. The interview went very smoothly and I was asked whether I can join immediately. However, I later found out that due to budgetary constraints the position was terminated.

The most unexpected question was how I would deal with Sales managers
Phone screening then following with interviews back to back. Then got a call from HR received an offer overall the process is quick and interviewers are friendly good team and culture.
straight forward, one day of in person interviews. No difficult questions. Be prepared to ask about Verizon and the day to day requirements of the job. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the organization
All formal interviews, both internal and external, are STAR based questions (discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result). Not sure about how contractors are interviewed. It is only difficult if you aren't well versed in how to answer STAR questions.
