BAE Interview

Anonymous Employee in Denver, CO
Accepted Offer
Positive Experience
Average Interview

Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon Wireless (Denver, CO).

Interview

It was kind of smarmy, mostly a game of the manager is smarter than me and has a better answer so you better just kiss his tail type of game. A lot of bouncing the conversation around to try and get you off balance and make you lose your cool. A lot of interrupting my answer with another question type stuff.

    Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verizon Wireless in January 2009.

    Interview

Phone interview and face to face interview where I had to present a 30, 60, 90 day action plan on how I would start building the business in a new territory. Interviewed with Sales Manager and Sales Director of Business Sales. Interview covered full understanding of B2B Sales and processes involved.

More focus was placed on the how than on planned and forcasted results. Interviewer wanted to know how leadgeneration would be managed and how reporting would be submitted instead of results.
