HR communication about interview time/location etc was good. In-person interview with panel of three interviewers. Interviewers asked questions for c.20 minutes. Didn't get job and didn't take long to hear that I was unsuccessful.

It was a very long process. Firstly, there was a big application form, then a task with video pre-recorded interview questions and an essay, and finally an hour long in-person interview with 3 senior panellists.

A panel of three people interviewed me. They were very friendly and positive with their questioning, and they made you feel like they wanted the best for you. There was also a task component after the interview.
