Consisted on a application analysis, followed by video interview. The video interview could be taken via smartphone and consisted of 3 questions. The questions were not actually hard, but I believe they were searching for students from the top universities in Ireland.

The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.

Hirevue interview. Series of questions asked and answered. Focussed on communication skills and experience in external affairs. Probably about 3 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each one. Still pending to hear whether I was accepted into the scheme
