Applied for the position. Received email from HR rep that I was selected for advancement. Took an online interview with a program that asks you questions and you answer via webcam (essentially a verbal interview with a computer). Received email/phone call from hiring managers (I passed for two positions). One position was a panel interview with 4 managers. The other position was a phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. Received job offer.

Interview
I applied in November 2021, they first contacted me in January and we scheduled the interview. The first interview was average, questions were mostly about CV and some usual questions about my personality and personal preferences. Five weeks have passed without any feedback, so I decided to chase them and after several emails they scheduled second interview. The second interview was what I would describe as a scandal. The interviewer was some 5 minutes late and started the conversation with negativity. He was showing bad behaviour throughout the whole interview: constant eye contact avoidance, long pauses after I finish my reply, texting someone in background, bursting into laughter couple of times. Content of the interview was mostly personality related, with emphasis on my emotions and behaviour in different hypothetical situations. After the interview was done I knew that having that guy as a superior would be the worst thing ever. Overall impression is that the whole process was unnecessary slow and surprisingly negative.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then face-to-face with a group panel with multiple people from the department. Pretty straightforward process and standard interview questions. It is nice that the group panel included people that actually do the job.

Interview
One in-person interview with two members of team in office before offer was extended weeks later. It took several weeks to a month hear back with results from interview.
