This position is a niche in the retail world as well as action sports, with a specific skillset that college doesn't qualify you for. With that being said, the community of people who have done this position in territories across the US is even smaller and in particular, California. With that being said, I've had several peers apply for this position, extremely overqualified for the position, and have received the standard HR email in response. I don't think they are actually hiring for the position and this is a marketing tactic or to make the brand look more profitable or growing faster than it is.
