    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WalMart Canada (Abbotsford, BC (Canada)) in March 2016.

    Interview

Very easy, the easiest interview I have ever done. The manager asked literally 3 questions in the in person interview and for the most part was just telling me about the job. Basically told me I had the job and were just going to have to wait for back check.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WalMart Canada (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2016.

    Interview

Brief, standard questions, easy. I was referred by a friend. The interview happened in the late 90's so the process has changed now. I basically walked in, filled out a form, came back another day for the interview and was hired on the spot.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at WalMart Canada (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2016.

    Interview

Long process - took 2 months. Had 2 interviews on the phone, a group discussion and interviews with a panel (managers).
Also had to take an online personality assessment test.

The process, although smooth, seemed way too long for a part-time position.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at WalMart Canada (Ottawa, ON (Canada)) in November 2015.

    Interview

This was a pre-screening telephone interview. I didn't know for which exact position I was interviewing so it was harder to prepare. She offered me an Assistant Manager position, but in a different city. Fairly straight forward questions from my work experience, and couple of situational questions. She was firing questions very fast, so I had to be really thinking on my feet. Overall, positive feeling after the 30. min interview. I am still awaiting to hear from them to setup a face to face meeting as promissed.
