    Interview Questions

There is no negotiation available for pay. I have 5 years experience, but was forced to take the starting pay equivalent to someone with no experience. That was disappointing, but hey, it's a job.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Bartlett, IL) in April 2012.

    Interview

You will sit down in a 1 on 1 ussaly with the pharmacy manager sometimes with the store manager and they will try to feel you out at first to see if you are nervous or if you feel confident then they will go into basic interview questions such as your worst flaw your best quality my recommendation is to read the requirements of the job title you apply for and dont lie either if you dont fit the requirements then dont apply this will only cause problems for yourself and the store biggest suggestion just be your self and have a positive customer service attitude

    Interview Questions

    • What is your best quality as an employee?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

When first applying for a job at Walgreens I feel there is no room for negotiations at least as far as salaries go but if you can establish yourself as a GOOD employee who can get a job done and not mess and can earn not only your managers trust but the district and area mangers as well THEN you have negotiation open if you can prove yourself (don't be afraid to talk to your district or area manager's let them know who you are) then they will want to keep you and will compensate you but you HAVE to prove yourself for more then just a few times times but it will pay off customer receipt surveys are the best way if you can get them constantly you will do well it does take some time tho it is not just given because you had a good month
