I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Seattle, WA) in September 2014.
Interview
Relatively short, however, it still took about three to four months from initial submission, interview to on-site employment. Two on-sites, three to four phone interviews and screening. Compensation package did not suffice for actual costs of living in new area and feel that they could have done better.
