I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Waste Management (Lewisville, TX) in September 2012.

Interview

I was called in for a second interview and was given positive feedback upon departure, I was told as I was leaving the second interview that I should expect a call back by the end of the week. I sent a "thank you" email to my interviewers who quickly thanked me in response and again stated that they would be in touch shortly. 5 days after the 1 week time frame that was given to me in the second interview, I sent a friendly email to the recruiter that contacted me for the interviews and she told me, "Hold tight! We will be in touch." As of 2 weeks later, I have still heard nothing and I just discovered that they have posted the same job today as a brand new posting. Horrible communication! So unprofessional and inconsiderate.
