I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Waste Management.
Well planned, phone interview followed by on site interview by decision makers. questions asked were all relevant to the position to be filled. they used a form questionnaire so that all parties being interviewed were asked the same questions and had similar opportunities to succeed in the process.
"take it or leave it!"
I applied online. I interviewed at Waste Management (Bentonville, AR) in June 2017.
Horrible and if your a Vet don't bother applying they will higher a high school diploma never did any thing in there life because some how they are more qualified than you. I will be reporting them to the EEOC form the laughter presented from my answers in the interview process. Glad I could give them a laugh they really ticked off the wrong Veteran and jacked me around the wrong way too.
They asked several questions from a packet :
Tell me about a time you ....
And then they requested you answer -
What did you do?
The interview room was in the entry way of the facility. Each person had a preprinted packet and was reading the questions off of the packet . The first part was reviewing the resume, pretty standard. Then they went over the position
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Waste Management in March 2012.
