What a poor interview question! Of course I said yes! Anyone would if they want you to employ them! This is not how to ascertain if the person sat opposite you is right for the job. You should ask them to describe how they've dealt with such a situation in the past, or ask them "how do you deal with unhappy customers"? The "how" requires them to answer in a lot more detail so you will get to see for yourself if they fit within your company or not.
