WeWork Account Executive Interview Questions

For internal transfer, be prepared with more than 4 rounds of interview. 1. HR 2. Hiring manager 3. Someone from the team 4. Head of the team 5. Other regions Director of the team

The interview went well and good, and was deemed a good fit. I was told that they will get back to me in a week, but no news from them since. It will be better if they could give a respond to applicant whether they make it to the next round or not. Rather than just going radio silent.

Had a few rounds, the process went pretty quickly. They wanted people to start quickly and were still hiring like crazy then. All around normal interview process but this was at least two years ago and given the way the company has restructured I’m not sure if there are new processes

WeWork gets very deep with you... your personality/goals/ motivation and wants to ensure you are 110% a fit for an important job in their business as they grow. "Why WeWork" is very important for them. The process starts with a recruiter, then manager and into leadership. Meeting part of the team in the role you are applying for is also a step. Make sure to do your homework!
