    Interview

Phone interview with VP level then a face to face with multiple individuals. Seemed to be standard HR questionnaire format. Needed to take a professional and personality assessment test. Casual environment without a lot of pressure or tension

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Web.com (Jacksonville, FL).

    Interview

After speaking with 5 VPs and a Region Director expressing their great desire in hiring me, nothing really happened. Interview process took 4 months. I was told an offer would be forthcoming. I was also told the Branch I would be taking is in disarray and needs strong leadership but CLEARLY that branch is not the only thing in complete disarray.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Web.com (Jacksonville, FL) in August 2014.

    Interview

Initial phone call, then another phone interview, then an in person interview in Jacksonville FL. Meet with several Leadership Members and interview with each individually. It is a very professional process to make sure that the right fit is hired
