Technical Support Specialist Interview

Anonymous Employee in Drums, PA
Accepted Offer
Negative Experience
Easy Interview

Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Web.com (Drums, PA) in January 2012.

Interview

They called me once, then we met in person. I got an offer a couple of days later. I did not know at the time but they have a big employee turnaround, so the hiring process is made easy. It took them less than a day to contact me after I applied online.

Interview Questions

  • Since it was a tech position, they asked appropriate questions, nothing too hard (what is HTTP, what difference between a unix and windows server, if a customer calls you with problem X, how do you solve it?)   1 Answer
