Professionalism from beginning to end. I would not change the interview process. The Interviewer was very knowledgeable of the job I was applying for and explained the process in detail.

A few basic questions about yourself/resume/financial literacy questions. Sometimes it goes off track, but overall it is a normal interview process. Phone interview tend to glitch out at times. .......

The HR call, then the MD call followed by a modeling test. The final step is onsite interview The modeling test is a typical three-statement test and you have an hour to finish it

as expected, personality fit + technicals. valuation, modeling, accounting questions. speak with coordinator, director, vps, associates, and analysts, so get a pretty good feeling for the group's culture. overall good experience

All technical- did not care at all for background on person or any behavioral questions in first round. All the standard techs were asked but two people who lack an ounce of personality were asking them so was just a painful interview
- Techs. DCF , LBO standard ones. Just study the doc and could answer. Just wild to get no behavioral. Clearly do not hire for personality/ ability to deal with clients
