    Application

    I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wendy's.

    Interview

After submitting my application I received a call within 5 hours to schedule an interview. At the interview the manager was late. She had a "when can you start" attitude. I gave her a date, and she said she'd run my background check and get back to me. After a few days of not hearing anything, I called at least once a day for about a week and left several messages. Finally after a week I got an answer. They seem unorganized, frazzled even, but I need the job, so.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wendy's (Valdosta, GA) in June 2013.

    Interview

Saw an ad in the newspaper for shift manager positions for drop in interviews. Came in on the specified day and interviewed with the District Manager. Afterwards I was told I would get a call for another interview if I passed the first one for a more in depth interview. After the second interview, I had a third interview with the regional manager but that interview was more for me and my expectations out of the company, how much I would be making. After all was said and done I was offered a position, went to orientation, did a mouth swab drug test, and started working.
