Western Digital Customer Service Representative Interview Questions

The interview was very short and straightforward. It was engaging and almost like a coversation rather than an interview. This would be an awesome company to work for and would love the job opportunity.

I have interviewed for what they advertised as an account manager position for their office in PRAGUE, only to be told during the interview that is sales support. That was not the only thing that seemed off. At one point during the interview, the operation manager responsible for the sales support operations said "we don't want someone looking for a promotion within 2-3 years. We want someone in this position for at least 5 years". I felt shocked that such a dynamic company was looking for people without ambition or drive. At the end of the interview, I have notified them that I do not wish to pursue further with the process.

Fast interview but the people was very helpful if u need anything from them. YOU COULD learn a lot from this company if you put you mind into working very hard.

Based purely on questions about the company and also getting to know the individual, while also asking questions related to decision making in specific areas and how best to market the image of the organization

Friendly, thorough, in-depth, and I can tell they interviewed with the approach that they wanted to be able to hire me, and not like I was just another number, or that they had done 5 others that same day. It was engaging.

worst, dont know whom they are hiring, beautiful faces gets job, skilled guys dont get job. None of the HR knows how to talk to new candidates, dont even ask us coffee tea or food, what they offer salary is also less, all fake
