    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Western Governors University (Salt Lake City, UT) in October 2014.

    Interview

I had applied to WGU many times over the years. I would make it past the HR and department interview but never got the final interview and offer until I got hired as an evaluator. Interview is pretty standard, first with HR and then with hiring manager. Early on there were also a few coworkers on the call but later interviews did not. Some departments use a webcam meeting format.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

No negotiation, they have a set salary.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Western Governors University (Salt Lake City, UT) in April 2018.

    Interview

I submitted an application online, within 2 weeks was selected for a phone interview. Once a date was set for the interview it was canceled and reset by hr representative. As far as I am concerned and told the interview went very well and my information was being forward to the hiring manager. I was also told if I did not hear anything back in 2 weeks callback for a status update. When I call back no answer. Then followed-up with an email no response. On the second day, I tried contacting the hr representative again I got no phone response. Instead, I got a generic rejection email. Please be mindful of hr representatives for this company-great at leading applicants on with a positive spin. I have interviewed for two different positions with the same outcome.
