What is the difference between a FlipFlop and a latch?

Flip Flops are edge-triggered, whereas latches are level-triggered

"Fight" latches are level-triggered but there are clock controlled latches. To me a flip flop has two latches: a master and a slave latch in series with complementary clocking.
