They use about a dozen metrics, down from about 100!

When I was there in 2010, they were crazy with the metrics... they do NOT take into account how long it takes to shut down machines and bring them up to make sure the network connects or how long it takes to do a complete reload of the software... expect to be there a short time if you try to actually be helpful
