What would you do if a couple teenagers are acting up and don't want to participate in the activities?

If two teenage were fighting I would first get another employee or security to help me separate the teenage. then I would use de-escalation skills by hearing them out and then using terms like " what I"m hear is," or "how can I help with this situation or problem". I will not use word that seem like I'm taking side or blaming them for what they did. I would come up with a solution that would help them compromise so that each teenage would feel like or get what they wanted.
