As an office coordinator, I would get in touch with the guest and find the source of the problem. I would then discern if the guest’s concern is a housekeeping or front desk matter. As the liaison between both departments, it would be my duty to resolve the issue by contacting the appropriate department to handle the guest’s problem. It would also be my job to follow up and see if the issue was resolved.
