When’s a time you've dealt with a difficult customer?

I’ve dealt with difficult customers many times and each time what was most required of me was patience and listening skills. When a customer comes in angry, there is this whole backstory to why they’re upset and they have this emotional baggage that they need to offload and what you need to do is...let them. And don’t try to interrupt or do anything until they’re finished speaking. This same method works when you’re in an argument with someone as well. When the person has said everything they need to say, they will feel better and you will understand what needs to be done to solve the problem.
