Talk about your previous job and give details on what was the issue how the customer felt what were the customers intentions and how you resolved the problem or give them ways how u could have solved the problem better than the next person helping them. Give them personal likes and dislikes. Your a customer in a lot of stores so just give them what you feel is the true meaning of customer service.
