When was a time you had to resolve a difficult problem for

  a customer?

I talked about how someone called to ask if we had this certain product in a certain pattern, but they didn't know what the product was called or what pattern it was they wanted, so I had to do a lot of back and forth with them trying to describe what they meant and me figuring out how to search for it.
