First of all, a windy place. However, if a large chunk of the existing portfolio is already places in nearby windy locations, you will only produce when everyone else is also producing, which lowers the price you can sell your electricity for (wind farms are not price takers, they influence the price). Therefore a less windy location with less correlated wind behavior might be favorable (less MWh produced, but higher price per MWh sold).
