Interview
The interview was straightforward and not overly difficult. First, I had a quick phone screening with HR to go over availability, work history, and interest in Whole Foods. Then I had an in-person interview with the Bakery Team Leader. It lasted about 30 minutes. The environment was friendly, and the interviewer made me feel comfortable.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
