Interviewed 2 weeks after applying. Interview went well, felt informal, typical questions about motivation and background.
However, was ghosted by company and only got the rejection email 2 months later. Very unimpressed by the recruitment process

20 min interview asking behavior questions and past experience. Then asking about salary expectation. Waited for a month to wait for the result for the next round. They said they can provide visa.
Had a screening interview with a Senior Analyst. Interview went well however was ghosted by the company despite following up. Interviewer was unprepared and struggled to ask articulate questions or answer basic questions about the role.
