Project Coordinator Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Hiawatha, IA
Declined Offer
Negative Experience
Easy Interview

Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Windstream (Hiawatha, IA) in June 2015.

Interview

Odd. Was not concerned over certifications or education or training- interviewer actually said that everyone has education and training (and that’s simply not true). Manager was all over with questions and none were specific to the job Applying for. interviewer actually did not know about the company outside their role or any of the awards that the company provides they though they were team based when in fact they were company wide acknowledgments

    Interview

I submitted my application online and was called for an interview the next week. Standard interview questions relating to issues that arise on the job but the interviewers were great, very relaxed and it didn't feel like I was being grilled like some interviews do. They seemed like they'd be a lot of fun to work for, with high expectations of their employees - exactly what I'm looking for.
