    Customer Success Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Lisbon (Portugal)
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Wodify (Lisbon (Portugal)) in July 2018.

    Interview

Surreal. No respect for the candidates. Extensive recruitment process with the same questions over and over again. Sorority mentality in a company is simply surreal. I felt I was applying to be part of a high school group instead of a business company.

    Interview Questions

    • The exact same questions they did on the website application form, who where, by the way, already in the resume. No hard questions. No meaningful questions. Just shallow enquiries.   Answer Question

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Wodify (Lisbon (Portugal)) in February 2015.

    Interview

I was contacted through my Linkedin profile. After one email and a skype call, a dinner followed where all happen. It was a great opportunity to meet the top management team and in one week I had a proposal on my side. After accepting it, I have had a second dinner, to know more top management team members.

    • What would be my contribute to this company? What kind of team I wanted to assemble? What would be the first thing I would do as soon as I am a part of the team?   Answer Question

    Cross-Platform Mobile Developer Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wodify in March 2016.

    Interview

I was contacted by an Wodify employee at LinkedIn, who invited me to a phone interview, we had a pretty friendly and pleasant talk. We talked about my background, specific skills for the job, expectations, etc... Then I was asked to formalize my application through their website, and fill an application form in a third party website, the form was completely unappropriated for such early stage, requesting every single detail of my carrear and academic history, including details about my current and previous salaries, managers name, etc. Since some of these information are company CONFIDENTIAL, I wrote them back exposing the situation, to which they answer me "shut up and fill the form" in a polite way, not having in consideration that could put me in LEGAL troubles with my current and previous employers. Obviously I didn't provided them the information which was company confidential, and we ended there the recruitment process.

Free Gym downstairs, employee only fitness classes/yoga offered every day at noon, otherwise the gym is yours to use every other hour of the day. On-site barber shop/mani-pedi services that are subsidized. Great opportunity for entry-level positions, especially go-getters, your hard work will be noticed and be rewarded. Employee growth opportunities are great, CEO/Management very open to allowing employees to venture into parts of the business that they are interested in but do not necessarily have the experience for. Xbox one and arcade game with machine (including rock band 4). Management works hard to ensure each employee is happy with where they are at career/personal life balance wise. Subsidized meals delivered to office every week. Laid back environment with no dress code. You will learn a lot here.” – Full Review
