It was very long process. There were 6 different stages of interview. First is with the HR manager,who profiles you to know where you best fit and asks what your interests are. Second phase of interview is one;one) with 3 group heads (outsourcing business manager, strategy manager, learning and development manager) at different times and dates.
Third process is an assessment centre which involves. case study analysis, individual presentations, Group discussion and quizzing on your presentations from the case study.
Last interview was with the Lead consultant which was very informal and was the easiest
