Interview
The process was thorough but not overly drawn out, scheduling was efficient and questions were challenging but answers were detailed as well. The HR team was wonderful in helping to set up the multiple rounds of calls/interviews with members from various departments to ensure candidates get a well rounded sense for how the agency is structured.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews took about a week and a half. I applied through an internal reference and I think that accelerated the process. The interviews were thorough and pleasant. It felt like they got a real sense of who I was and vise versa.
Applied online. Follow up email from recruiter to set up a time to speak. First phone interview with HR. Not the greatest experience with HR recruiter. Wasn't very organized.

Speedy process, difficult HR screening. HR asked several technical questions regarding paid media experience and dropped a few terminology questions. Have examples of UGC and be ready to discuss why you think they work.
