Application
I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Berlin (Germany)) in August 2018.
Interview
- Applied via LinkedIn
- Resume got shortlisted
- Got an assignment to complete in a week (It took 3 days)
- Assignment got passed
- Scheduled for an Interview
- Interview was very easy, general Android questions, questions about assignment and past working experience
- After this interview, I was put on Hold for almost a month.
- No proper response when asked for status
- After almost a month, received an email to select a date for 2nd Interview
- After date selection, the email sender (HR) didn't respond back for almost a week
- After a week, received an email starting from Appologise and asking to visit on site
- Onsite visit was NOT sponsored at all
- When asked to sponsor the trip, got mail that they cannot sponsor onsite interview
If onsite interview was not sponsored, why was it written on your LinkedIn job posting? Why was I asked to complete an assingment and for call of an interview? My current location was clearly mentioned on my Resume.
Advice to Wunder:
1. Review CVs first and then call for an interview because on CVs locations are mostly clearly mentioned
2. Dont waste time, if you cannot sponsor, dont mention it when you are posting the job on LinkedIn
3. If someone is investing 3 days to complete your assignment and coming prepared for an interview, update them timely
4. Improve your recruitmenr process, atleast before sending an assignment, plan a call and understand the situation like where the candidate is from and clearly tell them what would be the recruitment process.
Advice to candidates:
Important: This company seems confused. They have really unprofessional HR managers/recruiters who doesn't even know how to write an email or how to treat someone who has given so much time to complete your assignments and interviews.
Don't spend time on the assignment before discussing/understanding their complete recruitment process, it may end up in time waste.
They don't bother to reply your emails soon.

Interview
Overall I had a really positive and personalised experience. I was contacted directly by the talent team and always had a responsive contact person throughout the whole process. I was able to visit the office and meet the team, who were all very welcoming. My interviews and conversations were very open and transparent and by the end of my process I felt I had a good sense about the company and what it's like to work there.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg (Germany)) in October 2018.
Interview
I was contacted via email after applying via a job site. I was told the first step is to deliver on a Take Home test. The test was not difficult and I went beyond expectation by even deploying my solution and providing a detailed documentation for it. After about 3 weeks, I was got a very vague feedback on how they feel I am not experienced enough for the role. I checked the demo of the app I deployed and I can't see any evidence that they have gone through my solution. Feedback should be detailed and not some generic copy and paste information.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (London, England (UK)).
Interview
The interviewer was young, and seemed un-experienced . The questions were pre written, and there was no conversation, just questions and answers.
It was a short 30 interview, and at the end of it, I was sent a design test.
Overall, it was a positive experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg (Germany)) in September 2019.
Interview
Applied online, HR emailed me in the same week and arranged an intro call, followed by another interview with VP of product and a senior PM. HR communication was smooth and great, and the interviewers were pretty cool, too.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg (Germany)).
Interview
Good:
The process was smooth and well handled by the HR.
Interviewers were friendly and co-operative.
Not so good:
I had 4 rounds of interviews with different people but they all pretty much asked me same/similar questions
It happened over a period of 2 months, which is a long time to be interviewing and talking about the same things
There was a relucance from their side that I sensed for onsite visit and relocation assistance (nothing was mentioned to me)> I was applying from a different country so this information was conveniently withheld until the end when they finally said no.
All my interviews went well so I am a bit confused why they spent so much time with me only to reject me at the end with no explanation
