I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Rochester, NY).

Interview

Contacted Recruiter with cover letter and resume. Recruiter set up phone interview and then interviews with 5 different hiring managers. These interviews covered different areas within the finance community all on the same day. After interviews were complete I was contacted with the offer and requested to get all necessary drug tests. Negotiations followed.

    The interview was very basic. I met with five different people and they were very nice and I felt very comfortable.     He mostly talked about himself and his achievements. I just listened and tried to provide personal examples of where I had used similar skills. At some point I gave up and just quietly listened and then I left him with some work examples I had prepared to review with him.

    2 interviewees is normal, 1 plays good cop/1 bad cop. depending on the manager be prepared to answer technical skills listed on your resume. As well come prepared for examples for scenario based questions.

    Interviewed for a one year intern position and was interviewed by one manager and one current intern. Basic behavioural questions with a small technical aspect of it at the end. People were nice and overall it was a good experience. It was a one phase interview at their office and the whole process moved quickly. Looking back on it, it was a good experience and if I could go back, I would have taken the offer.
